Storyline:
When a contract killer (Steven Seagal) encounters a girl on the run from a mob boss (Vinnie Jones) with powerful political ties, he is torn between protecting the girl, and remaining loyal to the government agency that hired him for the mission.

Zajmujący się zabójstwami na zlecenie Alexander (Steven Seagal) otrzymuje zadanie likwidacji Kamaala - afgańskiego handlarza narkotyków, którego wiedza zagraża operacjom międzynarodowych karteli. Kamaal posiada bowiem informacje na temat zysków z heroiny dzielonych między wpływowe klany w Afganistanie i ich potężnych amerykańskich mocodawców.
